Important Note:

• All Guests are requested to carry Voter ID/Aadhar Card with them.
• Company tries its best to give a suitable seat to passengers, but the final decision lies with the company.
• Some of the hotels/Dhramshala in the selected locations may not have lift facilities.
• Itinerary is tentative and can be changed or modified subject to the smooth and timely running of the train. The final timing will be based on the train order received from the railways.
• Operation of all tours is subject to a minimum number of passengers booked.
• Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra is not liable for any compensation for delay/cancellation of the trains due to any reason.
• Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra has the right to alter the itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/strikes/cancellation/delay of train/insurgency or any such nature beyond control during the tour period.
• Passengers before boarding the train should ensure a proper health check-up from their doctor to be fit for traveling. Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra will not be responsible for any mishap due to unfit condition/health problem such as restlessness/anxiety/unusual breathing problem of asthmatic clients/any other physical problems and natural death of the passengers.

DO'S & DON'TS:

Please go through the following points to make your journey better and comfortable:

• Tourists should avoid using other tourists’ phone, water bottle, umbrella, etc. as much as possible.
• Social distancing should be followed during boarding/de-boarding of train/any other transport, visits to monuments & pilgrim places, group lunches/dinners, etc.
• Loitering and crowding should be avoided in train corridors, gates, cabins, hotels, etc.
• All tourists are advised that spitting is strictly prohibited in trains, tourist places, buses, hotels, etc.
• Touching of statues/idols/holy books is not allowed in religious/tourist places.
• No physical offerings like Prasad/distribution or sprinkling of holy water inside the religious place.

Tour Manager:

• Your Tour Manager is your source of information. Please follow the guidelines of the Tour Manager at all times.

During Train Journey:

• Do not pull the chain while traveling on the train as it is a punishable offense when done without a valid reason.
• Do not waste water unnecessarily in the train.
• Do not cross railway tracks. Use foot over bridges.

Attire:

• Please ensure that your attire does not offend the locals/visitors at the places you visit. At holy shrines, you may be required to remove your shoes.

Decorum:

• Please maintain decency of language as a courtesy towards your fellow passengers in the train and other visitors at the shrines/places you visit.
• Do not be rude while interacting with locals and do not indulge in any arguments. In case of any doubts on any matter, please communicate with the Tour Manager.
• Please be in groups and follow timings at the places you visit as per the instructions of the Tour Manager.
• Photography may be restricted at certain places. Do not offend the local regulations.
• Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra reserves the right to remove any passenger that it feels is creating discord on the tour.

Sightseeing:

• The itinerary provided to you may change due to unavoidable circumstances. Please follow the instructions of the Tour Manager.
• Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra shall not be responsible for any mishaps caused due to negligence or non-compliance with instructions.

Safety and Security:

• Please take complete care of your belongings during the tour.
• Do carry a Photo Identity Card such as Voter's ID, Passport, PAN Card, etc., for security reasons.
• Please leave the contact details of person(s) to be contacted in case of any emergency with the Tour Manager.

• Terms & Conditions

  All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email or fax. Jaishivshankartirthyatra.com (Jai ShivShankar Tirth Yatra Co.) may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings.

  Should the guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made on the website at the earliest convenience. Jai ShivShankar Tirth Yatra will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability.

  In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservations it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to the Client, the hotel will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled.

  This is the limit of the hotel's liability.

  Jai ShivShankar Tirth Yatra reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee of per room per night in the event of a late cancellation notice or a no-show at the hotel.

  Jai ShivShankar Tirth Yatra does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.

  Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra may change, alter or remove any part of these below-written Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.   6. Booking Policy

  The total price displayed on the site includes all applicable government taxes. In case of increase in the fare in the issuance of the Air ticket, due to airline, railways, a miscalculation in the amount due to server error and from the bank's payment gateway issue then Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as Cancellation Charges. The difference of amount should be paid to Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra after the communication from Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra to avoid any discomfort. You are required to pay the entire amount prior to the confirmation of your booking. To get an infant’s ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re-checking in and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of an infant is 24 months or above then you need to book a separate booking as a child. To get any child ticket issued, the age of the child must in between 2-12 years and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re-checking in and remember that the child must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old All the tickets/bookings issued to the customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective airline, railways/Supplier. Company is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from the airline, railway's end. If the ticket is cancelled directly from the airline, the railway's a web site, office or call centre, customer needs to inform Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra for the refund to be processed. Please note that Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra do not get any alert from the airline, railways directly.

  7. Flight Amendment & Cancellation Policy

  Every booking made on Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, railway, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class. Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra levies negligible amount of 300 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 500 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges. Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline, railway’s policy. Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline, railway’s policy. Cancellations can be made online or offline through My booking section or by sending an email to Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In a few cases, you need to contact the airline, railway directly. Amendment charges on Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, railway, which varies due to flight timings and booking class. To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra recommends the customer to contact directly to the airline, railways and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds. In case of direct cancellation through airline, railways, refunds will be given according to airline, railways charges along with our service charge as above mentioned. After flight departure & in case of No Show, we don't entertain any cancellation request. In case of No-show, the refund amount entirely depends upon the airline, railways. Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra has nothing to do with the refund amount. Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra will refund the same amount to the customer, which we receive from airline, railways in case of No-Show.

  10. Refunds in cases where airline, railways/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt

  Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the airline, railways/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent The customers or clients or agents shall not hold the Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of the ticket in cases where the airline, railways/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent. On the basis of assurity given by airline, railways/hotels/suppliers, Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra may sometimes refund amount to the customer but Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra reserves the right to recover the refunded amount on the event of airline, railways/hotels getting shut down/non-operational/bankrupt.

  11. Copyright & Trademark

  Products, services and contents displaying on Jai Shivshankar Tirth Yatra are the properties of this website. Any unauthorized copy & use of the trademark product & services without prior concern will be taken as larceny and strict actions may be taken against the concern person/organization/company.
